Thoroughly recommend George who sorted a problem related to a trapped nerve. Very happy.
I cannot recommend Optimum Spine Centre and in particular George highly enough. The centre is staffed by a friendly and supportive team who make everyone feel valued. I have been suffering from chronic migraines for several years and thought I would try a chiropractor. I was sceptical at first however after a week I started to see an improvement in the frequency of my headaches. George is my chiropractor at the Optimum Spine Centre, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional explaining fully the treatment and exercises . After a couple of weeks I am able to lead a normal life again with less reliance on my medication. So pleased I walked through their door.
Just want to say thank you to George @ Optimum who diagnosed me with carpal tunnel after so much messing around with my Drs and hospital trying to sort out the problem where they never got to the bottom of it but George did in 10 mins. Thanks again George! Also Andy and John both know there stuff and both have helped massively with my neck and back.
I came here in 2018 and due to back pain and found it did not help or make a difference and the root of th problem was not found. I have been a patient here before
