I can wholeheartedly recommend The Open Center and in particular, a sharp-minded, empathic, creative and a wonderfully eccentric psychotherapist Guy Gladstone. I was in a group therapy led by Guy for about 2 years and it provided me with a rich and profound ways to grow, using many creative tools including music, art and of course, body, all in a safe and professional environment.

I have worked with a number of practitioners at the Open Centre on and off for 15 years. I can't recommend the work of the Centre highly enough. The practioners work with great integrity whilst employing the most wonderful creativity. If you are serious about your personal development, give it a try.
