I used National Residential to sell my house, but unfortunately, the contract ended on March 30th without a successful sale. Now, there's a notice against my property registered with the land registry that's blocking my current sale. I've made a complaint and requested a callback three times, but haven't received any response. Additionally, I dispute the £10,000 claim, as the buyer wasn't introduced by National Residential.
