A regular visitor for match events as I find the beer is well kept and the food has always been good. However, today's visit to watch the Leeds v West Ham game was dampened by 'Annie with attitude' behind the bar. With a heavy frown and sigh when politely asked if I could chase up the coffee ordered (20 minutes prior) I was abruptly told "we've been busy serving drinks"; I guess a coffee doesn't count as part of a round and when produced not a whiff of a 'sorry for the delay'.
