The new robot telephone Emma is a horrible addition to the surgery. I want to speak to the receptionist, not tell AI what is wrong with me while I'm in a public place. I had a question for the surgery staff and there was no way to put me through to a receptionist. It left me feeling very distressed as I had tried to make a call 3 times finding different ways to speak to a person. I am all for making NHS staff's life easier - but this is not the answer!
