We ordered a chair on 12 November 2025 with a promised 10-day delivery window. Now 4 days into 2026, we still haven't received it and still do not know the status of our order, with my emails going unanswered for weeks. When paying for furniture, basic communication and realistic delivery expectations should be the minimum. Very disappointed with The Office Crowd's customer service. I hope to be refunded promptly.
No answers, no updates. Been waiting for my desk chair forever. Had to cancel my order and request a refund via my bank. Avoid!
Ordered some armrest pads that arrived quickly, but didn’t fit. Not sure why, they looked as though they should (and I had the right chair name) but the moulding differed slightly from the original. Might be my fault as I now see manufacturers had two variants of the same chair. Took a few attempts to get any response from customer service, but when I did finally get a response they immediately refunded order, before I had even posted them back. So a bit of a fumble, but a good save.
With regards my order number TOC-10391 for two office chairs. I received the chairs but unfortunately one of the chair's lever got broken during transport which is a big shame for the delivery company FedEx with tracking ID 884657396314 and I request return and refund for this. The other chair's cushon was stained with black grease which was not nice but wirh some efforts I managed to clean it up and I am happy with it. There is no option for zero stars. Tried to be sustainable but shocking customer service, no chair in sight after 2 months. Refund was the most enjoyable part of this transaction.
