I had a delightful Indian head massage with Jo. An hour of total relaxation, self care and quiet which doesn't happen very often as a mum. Not only is Jo a great massage therapist, she always offers a mental health check in before she begins. So nice to have a safe space to talk if you ever need it.
A lovely time spent with Jo. I struggle with back pain and Jo really helped this with a great massage. She also takes time before to have a conversation to see how I was coping mentally. Looking forward to my next visit.
Jo is just amazing. I’ve struggled with back pain and leg pain and seen a Jo times the course of a few years, her treatment has been in addition to a me seeing a (GP referred) physio therapist. Each time she’s listened carefully and treated me with kindness, and I walked away feeling refreshed, reassured and in a much happier place. Can not recommend Jo enough. A true superstar!
I have seen Jo a few times. She is very thorough with your problems. Gives lots of good advice and her massages are amazing!!
Have had two massages now and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. Really relaxing and eased muscle aches as well as a lot of tension. Jodee is really friendly, welcoming, and respectful, I would definitely recommend anyone for a great massage at a great price.
