Great service received from the chap at the counter. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.
Superb shop. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very, very willing to solve any nut or bolt problem. I had a small candelabra missing an essential tiny bolt. They sorted it out there and then. We need more shops with this positive attitude and we could have our economy booming in no time.
Went in this morning with a problem with some nuts and threaded rod I bought online to see if they could help. They went out of their way to find a solution and did, but weren't able to help with actually purchasing something. So I thought I'd write a review instead to say thank you, even if I couldn't buy anything from you as you were so helpful.
10/10 - friendly, knowledgeable and got lots of nuts and bolts
Unfortunately I witnessed one of the staff members being really rude to another customer for absolutely no reason. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I left.
