This is the worst Drs practice I have ever been with. Well I don’t even know why they call it a Drs practice because you can never see one when you need too.
This practice is so helpful! Response to a request within fifteen minutes yesterday and prescription collected within an hour. Thank you North Brink!
Avoid at all costs. We've just transferred my 70 year old mother away from this surgery and she's finally receiving adequate medical care for the first time in 5 years. The final straw came when she was admitted to a&e with sepsis and an acute diabetic crisis (blood sugars approximately 6 times higher than they should have been), resulting in a 2 week hospital stay the day after having seen the diabetic nurse at this practice who didn't check her blood sugar levels, and dismissed her without addressing her concerns. My 12 year old son been seen on the same day by two extremely nice GP's . Dr.Mike assessed my son and fully explained him all the things he was worried about.
Couldn't tell a right foot from their left said my son didn't have a hernia 6 different times and that a massive bulge was normal two operation later they keep messing us about with times if you want to live avoid at all costs
