Food was cold enough to actually send it back. Manager corrected it graciously but the server was a jerk. Once we got hot food, it was great.
Food was amazing, the atmosphere was great. We were seated in a booth by the open windows, great view of the busy city of Charleston. Great service!
My sister & I ate lunch here today & really enjoyed our visit! Brittany was our waitress and she was exceptional! Our service was awesome! Our food was perfectly prepared and so delicious! We split a dinner entrée ~ fish, shrimp, oysters, crabcake, scallops, hush puppies, slaw & red rice! Afterwards we split a piece of chocolate cake! OMGoodness! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for a great experience! PS ~ we love that you've got hardwood floors! �
Awesome delicious especially gator tails yummy personnel is absolutely wonderful
Food was very good but our waitress was lacking. Needed to ask for plates for our appetizer, then napkins...oh yes....silverware too! My chopped salad was supposed to have egg and almonds on it. Both missing. She had no idea what one of the dressings for their salad was.
The food was awesome & Chris who greeted us was great! We'll definitely be coming back!!
First The order was wrong for my wife and I, then it wasn't cooked all the way, okay maybe someone having bad day I don't know, they did take 30.00 off of the bill, it is to expensive to be having that kind of problem go to fleets landing or hymans this were awesome for about the same money as the crappy oyster
I had to ask to have the table cleaned when I was seated so I should have thought twice before I ordered. The waiter was ok but the food was the worst that I have had in a very long time. My husbands and my order were both missing items from the seafood platters. The waiter had them replaced but the flounder,scallops, crab cakes and hush puppies were undercooked. I travel to this restaurant everytime I visit Charleston SC. Usually the service is great, but the waitress I had was awful!!! I have been in the service industry since 2002& hospitality positions are not for everyone. She chatted friendly with other tables,but not ours. Didn't give us a coaster for our drinks until they sweated all over te table. Spoke to the manager Chris he made excuses for her!! Wow!!
