I have been to Steve with several issues over the years including back and knee pain. He is fantastic! Very kind, professional and has a wealth of knowledge and advice. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Steve at The New Surgery has eased my neck and back pain during the first session, this meant I dodnt have to sign up to lots of appointments. A very cost effective approach. Excellent regular ‘maintenance’. Steve has taken care of my back for many years after I wrenched it out of kilter on a rowing machine whilst watching in horror the first details of Princess Diana’s car crash. I will always be grateful for the care he takes and the skill he applies to keep me upright and with minimal pain.
Both my husband & I have been patients of Steve for several years, treating us for both "emergencies" & long term issues that arise with getting older! He inspires confidence and offers great advice and I particularly like that his recommendation for further treatment is measured. Since my very first appointment (in the summer of 2003) I have always been met with a smile and a genuine welcome from reception. My appointment starts are consistently punctual and the waiting area is light and calm. If you need a loo, yes, there is one and it’s always clean and fresh! The treatment room I’m usually treated in is comfortable and relaxing. Stephen Orten is kind, knowledgeable and very professional.
