I wish I had found Jake sooner! From the first chat he listened and seemed to understand the problems I'd been experiencing. He gave me an actual diagnosis, having previously been given a vague diagnosis after 9 months of not knowing what was wrong. I had felt like I was never going to get better but his programme has given me hope and I've seen improvement. The app has been easy to use and now I'm near the end of the course, I still feel I have support should I need it. Thank you Jake.

We were recommended to see Jake by a friend after my wife fell ill with Vestibular Neuritis. We had been to A&E and ENT but were not getting any answers or support apart from medication to mask the symptoms. Following the initial appointment and assessment with Jake we felt assured we were in the right place. Had a problem with my Shoulder and after a couple of visits the pain is practically gone. I would highly recommend Jake and the Nero-Muscular clinic.
Jake is always very patient, understanding and professional. He takes time to diagnose and then explains the treatment he proposes. He has done wonders for my legs. I recommend him highly.
