The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00
Usually a pleasant enough experience, however, today my Staffy had to come in with a torn ear after a dog nipped him in the park. The vet who saw us was breedist and snobby, making socio-economic assumptions based on the fact that my dog is a bully breed. The most arrogant medical professional I have ever encountered. Having a beloved pet in pain is just as stressful for the owner as the animal and this vet’s bedside manner was vile. Won’t be coming here again.
Extremely disappointed with how rude the receptionists are here - if you're not happy with your job then find another one? Hygiene standard isn't great, tables are always covered in dog hair and not cleaned before my cat is brought in. First veterinarian (male) I saw was fantastic, every vet since (female) has been unprepared to handle a cat and made it clear they usually deal with dogs.
