Do not buy from this company unless you want to replace any damaged tiles out of your own pocket. My tiles arrived, several had been damaged in transit, I showed them to the driver he agreed and we wrote damaged on the delivery note. According to UK law the company should either replace or refund the damaged tiles but this company refuses to, apparently it's there policy to ignore the law. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered a crate of Brazilian grey slate, it arrived on time and the delivery driver and I got the pallet into my back garden. Out of the crate of 75 slabs I had 3 with slightly chipped corners, which could be used for cuts and 2 that were significantly lighter than the others but they were spare. They were well calibrated and cut well with the disc cutter. They look beautiful now they're down, top quality product!
Used this company twice, first in 2005 and again in 2017. Both times they had the best price and a superb product. Customer Service was brilliant. If I ever thought of renovating again I would be back again.
