I've seeing Alex for over a year due to an ACL tear. Alex always knows which areas to massage to help with the muscle tightness. She's lovely and easy to talk to. Jack is also very helpful when I need to move or cancel my appointments. Would 100% recommend them.
The Movement Mechanics have become my one-stop shop for everything I need to support my running outside of Reigate Priory Athletic Club. I've seen Jack a few times for physio, Alex for the occasional sports massage and regularly attend the pilates and strengthening classes - generally two classes a week. I had a number of sessions at The Movement Mechanics following a shoulder injury in June 23 that left me in constant pain in my left shoulder and without the ability to work or do any of my normal sports and hobbies. Recovery took a while, however I am extremely grateful and thankful for the help of both Georgina and Nicola, who were very professional and knowledgeable and provided a fantastic service.
