Phoned at half 8 Monday morning and was told I would get a call back woman on the phone was lovely. I told her it was for my mental health and she said Dr McCloskey would phone me back. Dr McCloskey then phoned me at half 5 phone rang once and hung up. I phoned emergency number and said about the call and the lady said McCloskey is gonna phone again and she didn't.
