Sold my VW Camper for me, Darryl acted professionally and kept in touch through out. Appreciated his efforts.
It started off so well…… Polite, Friendly and responsive. Once we transferred the money, this changed. We found a number of things wrong with the vehicle and Darryl didn’t respond to our calls, started with the heater and fan, then the fridge and 5 months later we don’t even have a log book and DVLA have no record it ! Just like other reviews we would have preferred to give none rather than one star !

Shocking and unprofessional behaviour from 'The Motorhome Collection Ferndown' specifically Darryl Puzas (proprietor). Made enquiries about an Elgrand Caravan that he was advertising on Facebook marketplace. We chatted on messenger regarding the vehicle details and he advised me of the nearest railway station that he could pick me up from to view and potentially buy. Suddenly he changed? My husband and I bought a VW Caravelle from Darryl end of January . Viewing was easy and the van was in immaculate condition (it was 10 years old but you wouldn't know it looking inside) It runs really well and I was grateful for all of my questions answered promptly and Darryls patience with us while we debated spending 24k was appreciated. We are happy to have a VW Caravelle again and would happily recommend The Motorhome collection LTD.
