Really nice car, very helpful staff and a great experience all round.
Do not buy from here. They sold us a faulty car and then did not return the car or our money.
If you are interested in buying a car from The Motor Lounge, I would highly recommend them, especially from Noah. He is very knowledgeable and the whole process was made very simple and very fair. But most importantly it was not a pressured sale, which is really important to see these days, especially in sales environment. Thanks again Noah for the impeccable service!
I purchased a car from this dealership, only to discover it had issues. I attempted to resolve the matter by emailing Noah, the director, multiple times, but my messages were completely ignored. I also sent several letters, which were similarly disregarded.
