Worst customer service ever, kept me on hold for hours for a very minor issue.
I would have give the TMB 10 stars if I could, I'm self employed and had a morgage with TMB since 2005 and belive me when i say i have had my fair share of not having money to pay my mounthly bill. TMB have always been helpfull and understanding keep doing what your doing.
You get a different answer to queries depending who answers the phone. Make the rules up as they go along. Blatantly lie about previous conversations. Very frustrating to deal with
they are thieves, they just want your money
