hate this gp they don’t have a option to book appointments online meaning i will have to call at 8am and the queue is 50+ people waiting ages i advise this disgusting gp to ad a online booking system

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for Joanna Fongalland’s help at the Physio Clinic. My mum saw her recently, and she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the appointment. Untrained staff refusing to forward prescriptions to gp, then blocking online prescription account , malika ,on prescriptions, is the rudest ,incompetent person who they have dealing with patients prescriptions, clinical pharmacy and also practice manager also incompetent, these staff are letting down the nurses and the good doctors who are at the surgery .
