Dave sorted our family out! From the first consultation he put us at ease, listened to each person's requirements and met the brief. Both the bathroom and en suite were in a dire condition. He looked after my mother in laws needs regarding her en suite. Great chap, happy with the entire work and finishes. I'd also like to mention Charlie, I didn't see him week days as I was working but if asked he'd tell me what's done, what's to do all while working. Great guy. Thankyou all so much. We might have another job for you! Xx
Dave and his team were able to turn a small 30 year old bathroom into a modern spacious bathroom. They knocked out an unusually large soil pipe box which allowed us to make more room. Completely tiled the bathroom and installed a very nice bathroom suite. We asked for their opinions of several areas and we couldn't be happier with the outcome Very approachable, lovely to have in the house and would call in an instant if we need more work doing. We recently had our bathroom upgraded by Monument Bathrooms. From the start Dave was very helpful with advising and answering several questions that we had about the most appropriate products and about how they would be installed which was very reassuring. The installation was undertaken by the Company’s own team Dave , Adrian and Charlie . They were punctual, friendly , polite , methodical and professional. The work was completed to a very high standard and we would certainly recommend them .
We highly recommend the Monument Bathroom Company. They provided a professional service from start to finish and Dave and his team were polite, obliging with nothing being too much trouble. They go the extra mile to keep the customer happy.
Really pleased with the work they did for my mum to replace the bath with a walk in shower for her. Very professional and friendly. We are using them again in a couple of weeks to do works on the ensuite!
