Wouldn't recommend this firm. My grandmother paid a £2,500 deposit for some new furniture. After six weeks she rang for an update to be told that the company was in administration/bankrupt and they didn’t know the status of her order or if she would get it at all. A week later, we called on our grandmother’s behalf, again we were told the company had gone bankrupt but a new company had taken over and the furniture was made and awaiting delivery. After doing some research into recliner chairs for my husband, we decided go for this one. Initially, there was a slight problem with the head rest being a bit too bulky. Phoned customer services who advised me how to sort it, which I did. Hence the four stars. My husband is finds it quite comfortable and relaxing, specially when watching the TV ! Sales person was very helpful and delivery was also good . Happy with purchase .

The Advert on GBNews is most annoying! The way the Dad talks to his son 'get your fingers out of there Go to bed if your bored'!!! Then he orders a sofa bed without even consulting the wife, or is she the Nan? What is it all about? I wouldnt order one of your sofa beds if you paid me to do so.
