I used Minster Vets years ago when I had rabbits and so there was never any question in my mind which Vet I would use for my rescue dog. The Vets are so knowledgeable, the Nurses are a marvel with the animals and both are very reassuring. As for the lady on Reception, she could not do enough for me; when I rang, when I turned up for the appointment, making another appointment or sorting the meds out (complete opposite experience to other receptions). Been using Willow Grove for 3yrs with my spaniel. Loved the care and regular check ups he received as a pup. Always friendly and professional and the dog loves going to!
