Catherine is simply fantastic, so welcoming, knowledgable and a great teacher. I have recently completed one of her 6 week courses for beginners, not only did we learn the correct technique and positioning to give us a great foundation on how to practice correctly, we also learnt about the history of yoga, mindfulness and meditation - the course really is a one stop shop for a healthy mind body and soul. What a wonderful space Catherine creates with mindful yoga. Her warm approach is matched by her excellent teaching skills in leading a lovely class. Highly recommend!
Catherine has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease with your body. I have struggled to find a yoga class that has all aspects that I enjoy since I left my previous location and moved here nearly 7 years ago. I didn't think I would ever find another teacher as good as my previous one but now I have. I am really interested in the spiritual side of yoga and for me it's about relaxation and mindfulness so Catherine's classes really work for me. I would recommend her to anyone.
Ive been attending Cathrine's Yoga classes for a couple of months. I have developed massively in my practise thanks to Cathrine's care and attention. The classes are in a lovely space and are very relaxing. Her Mindfulness Courses at Avebury stones have been very informative and helped me to learn daily techniques to stay present and reduce stress/ anxiety.
