I am extremely impressed with Milton Surgery. I joined them this year and all my interactions have been positive. Every receptionist I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful, and every Doctor has been caring, professional and spoken to me in detail about my concern. The longest I've had to wait for an appointment is 1 day. Very happy I decided to move here.
Every time you try to get into the website to book an appointment, it says there is a fault with the page, even though you have got on it as soon as it opens. Try ringing the phone either rings for at least 30–40 mins or is engaged all the time. You have no chance with this surgery, and they wonder why so many people have to crowd the A+E Dept to see a doctor! Doctors are very good if you can get past the receptionists We have been with this surgery for many many years and have seen a big decline in its services.
Male receptionist excellent I can not praise him enough the older female receptionist is rude abrupt and wouldn't let me finish explaining ask my gp keeps cutting me off ! And they asked me to book an appointment so now I will run out of my medication! As for drs they start off but don't follow through with results or care ! Only 2 drs actually listen and follow through with care but 1 has left I believe, I won't be seeing 1 dr again ever! As she is very unreliable! Hard to get a appointment. Can not get past the reception team to get a appointment a lot of the time. Doctors are good, just hard to see them. Very frustrating
