Fantastic service - I urgently needed a car as mine had broken down and my usual car hire had no cars available when I arrived, even though I had booked one over the phone and had a confirmation email. Metro car Hire were quick - efficient and kept their word delivering a car with 30 minutes of my phone call. Lovely clean car - would highly recommend them.

I needed a car ‘urgently’ and they delivered super quick. All documention was dealt with swiftly. Staff were very helpful. I can’t thank them enough and would 100% recommend. I was in a fix and they came to my rescue, for a reasonable fee. So, thank you Metro Centre, and Gus. You’re life-savers.

Absolutely amazing service from Gus. Provided us with a car at short notice when my car broke down, he even helped by picking me up. I would definitely recommend and use again.

What can I say. From intial phone call,drop off and collection of car,amazing service. Gus is so helpful,with nothing too much trouble. Prices are very sensible,with no hidden extras. Car was absolutely spotless inside and out,and he even pointed out a couple of marks already on the car,so we didn't have to worry about them. Shame I can only give 5 stars as worthy of much more.
