This has been our family doctor for over 45 years and the receptionists have always been helpful and always trying their best to help. Especially Manjit at the reception is very helpful. The doctors are great and listen to our health problems and try to provide the best of care. Thank you for helping and supporting our family.
Really poor not giving proper treatment from last 2 years
1 Star Disappointing Experience – No Respect for Patients’ Time I had a 9:45 AM appointment and arrived on time, but ended up waiting over 50 minutes with no proper update. The reception staff just kept saying, “Wait, you’re next,” over and over again, as if my time didn’t matter. If appointments don’t mean anything, why bother giving a time at all? Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Patients deserve better communication and basic respect for their time.

My experience with MANJIT has been great, she is a excellent reception staff member. She is always polite, Caring, conscientious, responsible and trust worthy. Me and my family have had a good experience with her, thank you for looking after us.
