Absolute nightmare of a surgery. Staff are unprofessional unhelpful , make up lies and hide the truth. Avoid !!!
Reception staff play pranks on you, pretend they can't hear you, this went on for months (over six months) Sky engineer caught them out lying. No apology, no one held accountable. They what you to treat them with respect what a joke considering the way they treat some of their patients, they are unprofessional, small minded and inadequate for the position they hold.
