being from out of town( with a son and daughter in law to help in town) we purchased anew home in perfect confidence without even been in it! follow up from support team including all utilities was excellent. considering we are living in wi now fantastic service! amy and katie from matt and molly realters bent over backward to help. insurance attorney city services and utilities were easy to navigate with some struggle on my skills

We could not be happier that we found Dana Norman. While we have not purchased yet (we live out of town) she is our eyes and ears to the Asheville area. She completely gets what we are looking for and contacts us immediately when she sees a potential fit. She then takes us on a virtual drive tour (literally) and then a virtual tour of the potential purchase. She lets us know if the property shines, what it might need, or if we should pass. Dana took care of me while we looked for a house from out-of-town. She was on top action items, responded quickly to my questions and kept me on schedule with “gentle nudges”. She had a vacation scheduled that happened to fall during our contract period and she made sure we were taken care of by members of her team while she was away. Overall a great experience.

Dana helped me so much in the purchase of my home with her can-do attitude and attention to detail. She noticed things that were important which I overlooked until she pointed them out. And she was a joy to work with. I always felt like i was her top priority no matter what else was going on. I can not say one negative thing about my experience. Anyone would do well to have Dana in their corner.
