Josh and Allie were absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve bought and sold a few houses and this was by far the best experience. Our house closed less than 40 days after listing and Josh and Allie were both extremely responsive and always held our best interest as their number one priority throughout the process . Highly professional. Probably what stood out the most was how proactive the Matt and Molly team was throughout the process. While we worked primarily with Amy and Allee, we received assistance from several others as well. They were always ahead of the game in every area, and made sure our best interests were served at every turn. Great experience, and we will continue to use them for our real estate needs in the future.
I interacted very little with Matt and Molly team as I did not live locally, but everything I was involved with was handled efficiently. Because I live out of state Everything was handled electronically and it was very easy.
