This team approach means everyone specializes in one aspect of the process, and each does their part very well. Other than the automated market search, with frequent notifications, they were not real active in looking for our new home. However, we were very active with daily searches, so it worked out well. This team is one of the best for a reason!

Super friendly and helpful for my first time buying a home! When my rental I was Livy by went up for sale Ed helped us immediately and now we own it! I couldn’t have done it without them!!

I worked with The Matt & Molly team for well over a year before finding the house of our dreams , while relocating from out of state. My agent was patient , honest , knowledgeable & caring. I put his patience to the test, and he passed with flying colors. The entire team had great follow up skills and were very easy to work with.
