I hired Josh Mishoulam based on a flyer that showed how quickly he sold a home near mine. He was always professional, respectful and responsive. He gave me straight truths based on the market and how it related to my home, even when I didn’t want to hear it. I highly recommend this team, as they made the process easy and especially since we moved out of state and to another time zone! Thanks to the team!

We were very pleased with the sales process of our home in Weaverville. We experienced a smooth transaction and a very quick sale. The Matt and Molly Team were very effective and helpful during this process and I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell their property. I advise to make sure as a seller that you take the time and review the offer to purchase and contract very thoroughly with your realtor so no surprises occur.

Samantha was great! More concerned with me finding the right place over finding something out of my price range. She made herself very available and when she was busy made sure I had others I could reach out to.

Josh was great in all aspects as well as Allee. Tremendously helpful in getting through the closing. Great job. It was a difficult closing and you all not only handled your part but also helped to assign people to do other tasks that were required. So greatful for the whole team.

We really appreciated all of the help and assistance we received from the Matt & Molly Team in regard to selling our home. Everyone involved were helpful, available, courteous, professional, and personable at each step of the process. We felt supported, the team was easy to talk to, and all of our questions and requests were met. We would highly recommend working with the Matt & Molly team!

We've enjoyed our experience with the Matt and Molly team overall. Our house sold fairly quick, and we were satisfied with the negotiated price. Communication could be improved on our realtor's part, as we often felt unsure and unsupported at times, especially with it being our first time selling a house. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team, but after it was all over we felt the whole process was a bit more stressful than we initially expected.

On a brief scouting visit to Asheville, NC, I met with Jon Roberts to talk about real estate locations that might be of interest. He gave me great suggestions and made me feel really comfortable with the support he would provide. Then EVERY DAY he would send me a list or properties that had come on the market that matched my price range and preferred communities in the greater Asheville area. I cannot recommend Jon highly enough - if you are looking to move to the Asheville area Jon will be a great agent to work with!

Working with the Matt & Molly Team was nothing short of a pleasure. Amy Pointer and her team in Brevard could not have been more professional, competent or kind. Their responsiveness and proactivity was stellar and I would recommend them to anyone in Transylvania or Buncombe Counties looking to buy or sell a home.
