Moving from an entirely different state can be a stressful experience in and of itself. Then adding coordinating the sale of your home and the purchasing of one out of state without physically seeing it could drive you batty. Luckily for us Molly and her team (special shout out to Katie and Susan) made the entire process stress free and easy and breezy. Could not be happier with their amazing service and knowledge. They are now are our team for life in the area if we ever need these type of services in the future.

We worked with Amy and Allee on the selling of our home. They were an awesome team that I would recommend to anyone selling their home. The pictures on our listing were exceptional also. Working through the process was sometimes aggrevating but we were given good, professional guidance when negotiating the price on our home with the buyers and the compromises necessary to complete the sale as when the buyers needed more time for the home inspection because of the holidays and covid. Dana went above and beyond mine and my wife’s expectations. Our buying process was by no means normal nor easy. There were a few hurdles we had to overcome. Dana was literally there every step of the way and was a HUGE advocate for us. Dana Norman is top notch. She worked tirelessly with us to sell our house and then to find the perfect house to buy. We're pretty fussy and we had some bumps along the road, but she stuck with it and found us a house that checked off all our major boxes and many other positive features as well. She is very communicative, politely reminding us of the many tasks we needed to complete and always with a smile.

I greatly appreciate Ed for his no pressure, no steering attitude in helping me find a place and see it thru till closing. He is kind, helpful, honest and provided a pleasant, friendly, working experience. Katy too, was quite helpful in bringing my closing to fruition. They are great people..! I highly recommend their skills in working on behalf of a prospective real estate buyer.
