The management was rude and disinterested a lot of times. We were falsely accused of breaking a rule and instead of further investigating it they automatically fined us instead. Closets, beds, and bedrooms are small.
Absolutely terrible front office and maintenance staff. Called every day since our AC went out (5 days), no maintenance staff. I went down to the front desk to find that they have not filed an actual maintenance request after 7 phone calls and 7 promises that it would be fixed that day. This is not the first time we have had issues with the front office, and their lack of follow through. None of my roommates or myself would dream of another lease here and we recommend you don't either.
It's a great location with plenty of space and things to do in the area. Nice rooms and living situation!
