"Very Disgusting water with black floating stuff" issue remains unsolved after reported so many times! I had to drain the water for over an hour every single time. It is such a waste of water, time, and money. The staff are atrocious. Email addresses aren’t even from a company owned domain but rather personal gmail accounts. Can’t see them lasting very long under the current management.
They will charge you the same price for a bedroom half the size of the other bedrooms in your apartment. They wit probably also lose one of your roommates paperwork, call everyone but her, and tell you that you will now need to be randomly placed. Once her dad calls they find the paperwork, than cite late paperwork as the reason for charging you the same unit price as a room off the courtyard or a room with a balcony. Takes advantage of students who may have never rented before.
While I've only lived at the Marshall for a few weeks, I'm already so impressed with their attentiveness to their residents. Our AC went out yesterday--not an ideal situation considering the 90+ degree weather. Maintenance arrived within 30 minutes of me submitting the request--I was shocked, especially because this was at 6 pm on a Friday! They weren't going to be able to fix it that night because it required a certain part they didn't have, so the Marshall gave us an air mover to use in the meantime to bring the cold air f... read more
