Horrible management. 2 out of the 3 main managers are just plain rude 24/7. Over priced rooms. Should have lived at The Venue across the street instead.
Apparently the the hot water heater is broken. Nothing starts a Saturday morning better than a FREEZING cold shower at 7:30am. I fucking hate living here....
Please make it clear that having loud parties, yelling, screaming, slamming doors, or playing music late at night isn't allowed and back it up with fines. It's beyond ridiculous, especially during the weekends. I know it's a college area, but it's supposed to be a "luxury" apartment complex, not dorms. Also, please get better wifi - it's extremely slow to the point it's not usable most of the time.
