CLASS ACT We stopped by the Marigny late yesterday afternoon without a reservation. Although it was early by their standards, they offered us a seat, and menu. What a menu! I thought I was in New Orleans! Although being Northerners we decided to try the Louisiana dishes... wow... sooooo good. We tried the Chicken Clemenceau... OMG... my mother couldn't do better. Great NOLA Food without being in New Orleans ...
Everything was amazing. All made from scratch. Crawfish, Po boys, yard bird and the best bread pudding I've ever had! Like a little trip to LA. Well be back.
New Orleans Excellent. I'm an Who Dat living in Destin and tell you without a doubt this is the best New Orleans food I've had outside of New Orleans. Its menu is a "best of" Lousiana dishes. Po-Boys on Leidenheimer REAL french bread, really! Tout Meuniere, Oysters, Gumbo, Natchotishes Meat Pie, Shimp Roumulade over fried green tomatos. Somewhat hard to find off 98 - but the best restuarants are always out of the way!
