Doctors good at following up problems you have come in with. Good at diagnosis. Considerate.

Not fit for purpose, constantly try and pass the buck by sending people to pharmacy to lessen their burden, much to the dissatisfaction of the Pharmacy who even commented "why do they keep sending people here" Really the worst practice I have ever used over 50yrs.

I phoned for a concern with my 9 day old baby, hormonal and restless. After waiting almost an hour, being 35th in the que, I was met with an extremely rude receptionist who spoke in a horrible tone and was incredibly condescending. This isn’t the first time I’ve spoken to this rude receptionist and I dread phoning the GP because of it as of how it makes my anxiety sky rocket. Really upset about this interaction.

I can never fault The Manor Practice, I have been with them my whole life and I’m now almost 21 - from diagnosing me with Type 1 Diabetes in 2019 (and saving my life, as I went in for something completely unrelated) to having a phone call today and within 10 mins sending images over and doctor prescribing me what I needed straight away. I’ve never had problems with them and they always see to me same day/within reason depending on the situation.
