I totally enjoyed the hip hop yoga session! It was the best yoga experience I have had in 7 years of practice off and on in yoga. The instructor is peerless in regards to professionalism and student interaction. A must try if you are a yoga practitioner or first time novice.
Where did Brian Whitley come from? He's a true gift and talent! He's like a comet that comes and crashes in filling the world with positive energy! Pow! I absolutely soaked in every second of his God given spirit, energy and love for teaching spin and yoga. Thank you!!
