Friendly and happy staff. If you're a newbie they will make sure you have everything you need to get started. Spin classes are so fun I almost forget that I'm exercising. Yoga space is clean and warm. Dry and ice water soaked scented towels are provided. Water cooler in both spin and yoga areas. Shoe rentals. Parking is tricky. Plus, they have yummy food!
The Madison is amazing, come experience the best workouts with phenomenal people and great positive staff.
This was my first time- DEFINITELY not the last. Kristina G got my fat ass up and swaying like I was a backup dancer for the Temptations. Listen, if you haven't started- start now! You will catch my thunder thighs there again....but dang, I see why God invented thigh gap, so you can take spin classes and not have sore legs and butt haha
I did the 6am Party on a Bike class and it was intense!! Great vibe and the class was packed. I can't think of a better way to start my morning!
Party on a Bike is the most fun I've ever had doing cardio!! The lights, the music, the energy, the instructor... All fantastic! Definitely my new addiction! The staff were also really friendly and helpful!
