This is by far the BEST spin class in Arizona - and that's saying a lot! #PartyOnABike is like riding your bike through EDC. The instructor was so motivating and the energy in that room is amazing. My legs felt like the best kind of Jello and I even got an ab workout! HIGHLY recommend for anyone, especially if you don't like to feel like you're working out when you're working out... if you know what I mean.
I went to #PartyonaBike with my coworkers for a birthday celebration/team building event and it was an absolute blast! I am not one to take fitness classes normally or really go to the gym, but it was so much fun and they made me feel SO comfortable that I felt like a pro within minutes! The colorful lights and energetic music helped push me past my limits and I felt amazing the rest of the week. I will definitely be going back!
Madison Improvement Club rocks!! The bikes are in great condition and the instructors love what they do. Their energy is contagious. I can't wait to go back and do another class. #partyonabike is the best!!
Love it. I found a place in Phoenix that feels like home. exactly what i needed to not only get back in shape but find a place where i like to hang out. the stuff is uber friendly. highly recommend.
