History Established in 2012. Imagine a hot desert, unforgiving surroundings and a gaggle of pioneer women coming together to figure out how to best live in tough conditions. Where do I even start???? First off the instructor was beyond amazing, the music was just how I like it and the gal at the front desk was very helpful!!! Unique had the best energy and really knows her ish!!
I don't have enough stars to celebrate how much fun I have, working my butt off, along with Tessa's " Party on A bike". She brings unbridled enthusiasm mixed with killer tunes. She somehow manages to get me excited about working out. Thank you Tessa. You rock.
Love the MIC family. There are wonderful yoga instructors for all levels that definitely challenge while educate on the correct postures and poses. I learn something new every class. Spin classes are one of a kind won't find this experience anywhere else in the valley. Try a variety of instructors and find the one that elevates your personal workout goals everyone has different tastes.
