History Established in 2012. Imagine a hot desert, unforgiving surroundings and a gaggle of pioneer women coming together to figure out how to best live in tough conditions. The only way I'm going to finish my marathon strong on July 26th is if I stay as flexible as possible. I went to my first class here tonight and really felt comfortable. I'm a stiff beginner and a little embarrassed that I thought I had a chance at achieving my target finish time without understanding how to properly balance my stretching, and core balance the way Madison showed me tonight. Convenient parking, large interactive and helpful staff, and incredible instructors. Bravo, I caved in and officially on board.
