RecommendedWe loved the size of the rooms and the amenities were very special. The bar is private and romantic❤️waking up to very special breakfast buffet made the experience one that will lure us back on our upcoming anniversary in April! The best hotel in Madison by far!

A classy hotel with a perfect location. Visit the capitol building out one door and wander a block to State Street out the other.
so many wonderful things, good fast room service, the bar was lovely, the room well done,,,but sadly it was a miserable stay with a room heater that couldn't handle the frigid temps!! It turned on and off all night with blasts of frigid air right at the bed followed by gears twerping and burning hot air, we got no sleep and were miserable!! management told us nothing was wrong with the heater and a $30 credit,,,felt a little flimsy for a ruined night!!
Nice hotel. Nice staff. However, they checked us OUT of our room early the next morning without our consent. If happened to a few people from our group! Not acceptable!
My husband and I chose this hotel for our night out in Madison since the location is right downtown. The hotel and room were beautiful. I was especially excited that we had a corner room and both of the views were great. Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as I would expect a hotel like this to be. There were multiple hairs on the shower walls and on the bathroom floor. Also, the room service breakfast was not good. All in all, I would stay again in hopes we just visited on a bad weekend.
Really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel bar was very spacious and had a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

This is my fourth stay here at the Concourse and I have yet to find a single thing to complain about. Friendly staff, good food, and great location to the local bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. 4 star hotel.
