I have never been so disappointed. My boyfriend and I only take one night away from our kids a year and all we wanted was to be able to relax in a quiet jacuzzi suite and this is what happened when we turned it on. After calling someone to fix it we were told it was just cleaned and to try to drain it and try again. This is what was still left after draining it three times. This used to be a favorite hotel of ours but I don’t think we will be coming back. For the price we paid for this room this should not happen!
RecommendedDefinitely a nice luxury hotel to hit the sack after walking around the Capital all day after work. I forgot where I parked my car. After 4 hours of searching I found it. Then I checked in and just a heads up the food here is not available all night. Note REMEMBER WHERE YOU PARK!
