We were recently engaged & upon settling into our room, knock on the door with complementary champagne & a hand written card of congratulations! Priceless.
Thanks for the special treatment for my fiancée and I!!!
Jayden, at the front counter, was amazing. Great customer service all around. Thanks!
Great location also, staff is excellent
The Banquet staff were superb.
Our favorite hotel in Madison. Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is convenient, food is excellent. We’ve been staying here for more than 25 years.
Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms and overall facility. I’ve been to the Concourse many times; Staff is always very friendly and competent. Parking can be tricky. Under ground parking available but limited. Also the ceiling is low, ie: my normal size van fits fine but when I open the back door it hits the roof. Bars serves great drinks! I have not tried their bar menu but it looked amazing. Food served at conferences has always been very good.
very close to State Street, which is full of good cafes, restaurants, little offbeat shops, etc. this hotel is great for conferences and it beats the difficult parking situation by having its underground parking decks! only down point is that it's a mighty trick to get to it with ALL the 1-ways and alot of peds and bicyclers at dusk.
Very clean, nice rooms. Friendly service and easy access to shopping.
