Stayed for a WHSA conference. Overall the hotel is clean until I checked into my room. The mirror was dirty, there was still urine running down the toilet, the shower walls and fixtures hadn’t been cleaned, the floor still had wet marks on them as if they weren’t mopped and the carpet looked as if the vacuum pushed everything up to the bed. I wasn’t a fan of the menu but room service was quick and the bartenders were attentive and helpful.
