From the time of check in until the time I left everyone was polite, courteous and helpful. The facilities are very clean and nice. Convenient walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed for a WHSA conference. Overall the hotel is clean until I checked into my room. The mirror was dirty, there was still urine running down the toilet, the shower walls and fixtures hadn’t been cleaned, the floor still had wet marks on them as if they weren’t mopped and the carpet looked as if the vacuum pushed everything up to the bed. I wasn’t a fan of the menu but room service was quick and the bartenders were attentive and helpful. The view from our room was spectacular! Very clean and spacious. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Prime location. Will definitely return!

Nice place, clean and friendly staff however the bed was very uncomfortable with a lumpy mattress.
