Outstanding GP practice.
Won't let us register due to petty postcode elitism despite the surgery being under 1.5 miles away and our closest practice. How about a radius catchment instead of arbitrary postcode lottery? That would be too logical for the modern age I guess.
Office manager Cheryl was first class at sorting out an issue I had quickly and professionally after emailing the practice. Really excellent service!
Exceptional customer service and top-notch GPs. The practice's admin staff are always courteous and professional, striving to accommodate appointment requests. My GP has been amazing in helping me with any health issues I've experienced.
