I contacted the practice this morning to ask if my grandson could be seen today. I explained what was wrong and the receptionist said he could see Advanced Nurse practioner Bethaney. We went to Eastwood Health Centre to see her and I couldn't be more impressed with professionalism and thoroughness. She reassured both myself and my grandson by carrying out a complete head to toe assessment. As a retired ICU nurse, I know professional competence when I see it.
The GPs and other staff at this practice are just amazing, such good care and compassion despite being clearly run off their feet. They have helped me and my family so many times, so grateful to have access to this service, especially when so many others aren't as fortunate.
Recently had to contact Dr Mellisa Jacobs regarding a chest infection...she dealt with my query very promptly and prescribed a course of anti biotics,which cleared up my chest infection,very quickly...I would just like to thank her for her help,and have always found her to be very cheery,and pleasant person...Thanks again Dr Jacobs!
