If I could give zero stars I would. I joined last year for a year of facials each costing £250. I had two which were great by a beautician called Sherrilyn. However, the beautician left, and a 'Dr' joined. She was not trained to do facials and ended up doing a treatment to my face with needles. I ended up with bruising for weeks. When I joined, I had advised them that I am scared of needles and that I take a medication that warns treatments like that are not to be given.
