We booked Hacienda de Madronal 2 through Luxury Villa Collection for a 10-day stay during Christmas 2025 at a cost of approximately $20,000. On arrival, the villa was extremely cold, the heating worked in only a few rooms, the lights were flickering, and after several hours, the power went out completely. LVC were incredible from start to finish I was nervous sending a deposit but proved to be no need ,they were faultless from that point .the team booked restaurants chefs and were on what’s app to help with anything LVC went over and above even giving my nephew a lovely 21st birthday present Lilliana the Spanish concierge was a credit to LVC as nothing was a problem .Team in uk are very efficient our deposit was returned in two days Would I use again 1,000,000,000 % Thanks The Broughtons
Words cannot describe this idyllic villa. Rustic living with luxury combined and with everything you could possibly want and more! Bedrooms to die for. Living areas and kitchen superb, 2 games rooms, pool, football pitch and donkeys!!!! There were 12 of us, all adults, family and partners. Casa Anneli was the most perfect Villa we have ever stayed in, was so suited to our family with so much outdoor living space for everyone, the pool was a great size, and all facilities within the villa were 1st class…. A stunning villa which far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and so many additional facilities which made the holiday extra special and comfortable. The house manager Yilber was excellent, he was always friendly and available.
